We are currently running a pilot for our social enterprise, Second Bite, where Soul in a Bowl team members will bake shortbread biscuits which we then aim to sell to independent cafes and retailers within Chester area. We are also exploring other possibilities for Second Bite, including a pop up restaurant, and providing meals for those on the streets during the winter.
